Paskong Pinoy: A Filipino Christmas Celebration in Rome

The Philippine Chamber of Commerce in Italy (PCCI) proudly presents “Paskong Pinoy,” a day-long celebration of Filipino culture, entrepreneurship, and holiday spirit in the heart of Rome. The event will take place on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Via Trequanda 12, Rome, bringing together members of the Filipino community, Italian partners, and supporters of cultural and business collaboration.
The morning segment of the program features a Christmas bazaar showcasing Filipino products and delicacies, offering the community a chance to relive the familiar sights and flavors of home. A business talk will also be held, focusing on promoting Filipino entrepreneurship and economic participation within Italy’s business landscape, including a variety show creatively directed by Paskong Pinoy Art Director, Sir Robert Jacinto. This gathering aims to build connections and strengthen the presence of Filipino professionals and enterprises in the country.
As evening approaches, the celebration transitions into a Gran Gala event. Designed specifically to promote networking and collaboration, the gala provides a platform for both business and community leaders to connect, exchange ideas, and establish partnerships. The highlight of the evening will be the community lighting of the traditional Filipino parol, symbolizing unity, resilience, and the enduring brightness of Filipino Christmas traditions wherever our people may be.
The program will also feature a Christmas talent exhibition, where selected winners may dedicate their awards to charitable institutions of their choice, reflecting the spirit of generosity that defines the holiday season. Adding to the excitement, a grand raffle draw will take place, with a special round-trip airline ticket generously provided through the collaboration of China Airlines.
Paskong Pinoy is made possible through the shared effort of Filipino communities in Rome, including the participation of PIDA (Philippine Independence Day Association), and with the ongoing guidance and support of the Philippine Embassy in Rome. This year, the event also welcomes the presence of the Italian Chamber of Commerce, CNA World, strengthening ties and promoting cross-cultural business involvement.
In addition to the cultural festivities, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy well-loved Filipino holiday specialties such as bibingka and puto bumbong, bringing warmth and nostalgia to the celebration. More than a festive gathering, Paskong

Pinoy aims to honor both heritage and progress, ensuring that the Filipino identity continues to thrive in Italy.
Through fellowship, entrepreneurship, and the joyful celebration of tradition, PCCI’s Paskong Pinoy invites the community to come together and experience the true essence of a Filipino Christmas abroad: a season grounded in faith, generosity, and unity.
